NetDimensions' approach to Performance Management is skills, competency, compliance and certification based. In this approach, NetDimensions products and services helps organizations establish standard skills and competency requirements for each job using a learning management system. If employees need to become certified in an area, the LMS schedules the course and reports back to the Performance Management system. People are assessed to identify their level of competency in each skill and gaps are then identified and can be filled by training.
