Vencent Singson has been working in the e-learning industry since 2000. He has held various positions including courseware author, software developer and trainer as well as his current position as the LMS Technology Specialist at Hunter Douglas where he administers the company’s Learning Management System. Part of the challenge and opportunity is managing the extended enterprise which allows Hunter Douglas to train thousands of franchise dealers, fabricators, and installers in the window covering industry.
