Our healthcare system has role-based curriculum for thousands of employees. Our solution for assigning and tracking a variety of roles evolved from classroom module-based enrollments to hybrid, specialized program modules. We needed a clear, transparent way for employees to enroll in classroom, online, exam, and program modules. With NTS, our methodology advanced over 3 regional launches:
- NTS enabled us establish a direct relationship between an employee’s security access role and their assigned curriculum.
- We are able to meet specific role requirements for over 800 different program modules assigned to over 14,000 employees. An average of 240 classroom modules were created.
- Using NetDimensions Analytics, we can intelligently and transparently report on their progress.
