Jay Shaw
Chief Executive Officer

Jay co-founded NetDimensions after more than a decade with NASDAQ-listed The Princeton Review (TPR). Jay's experience includes running TPR operations in the US and Asia, in which capacity he held executive responsibility for organising and delivering both academic and corporate training programs on a commercial basis. Jay taught English in China in 1984 and 1985. Jay is responsible for general Group management and sales.

Ray Ruff
Chief Scientist

Ray co-founded NetDimensions, having joined the Group from Sybase. Ray previously served as open systems group manager at Unisys in the US. Ray holds an M.S. in computer science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ray is responsible for managing the technical and product development areas of the Group.

Matthew Chaloner
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining NetDimensions, Matthew, worked in a variety of senior financial positions before the appointment as CEO of UK-listed company, Howle Holdings plc (Howle) in 2003. After successfully executing the sale of Howle to AIM listed electronics manufacturer Elektron Technology plc (Elektron) in 2006, he acted as Financial Controller for its largest division in Elektron where he sets up a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in Shenzhen, China and successfully offshored manufacturing. From March 2010, Matthew has acted as Business Development Director responsible for targeting new business opportunities both in mainland China and overseas. Matthew is a Fellow of the ACCA and an Associate of the CIMA.

Robert Lowe
Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining NetDimensions in December, 2000, Rob worked for gorillasia.com, a portal for Internet professionals in Asia that encompassed content management, community and e-commerce functions. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Oxford University and a master's in computing from Cambridge University. In 2000, Rob co-founded the Hong Kong Java User Group (HKJUG) to promote the acceptance and adoption of Java-based technologies. He remains an active member of the group's management committee.

Alex Poulos
Chief Marketing Officer

Alex is responsible for NetDimensions' worldwide corporate marketing and product management. He has been working in the high technology sector for over 15 years in both the US and EMEA in the areas of marketing and business development. Prior to joining NetDimensions, Alex was managing director and co-founder of Covisio, a technology marketing company based in San Francisco. Before that, Alex has held management positions at SGI and Narus, which was subsequently acquired by Boeing. He holds a MS degree in Computer Science and an MBA from INSEAD.

Roger Durn
Non-Executive Chairman
(Born in 1955)

Roger has held senior management positions in Asia Pacific, US, UK, Australian and Japanese companies including vice president and senior director positions at Novell, SilverStream Software, Sybase, Powersoft, Mitsubishi Electric, GEC Alsthom and Apricot Computers. Roger started his career in research and development in the electronics and software industry in the UK in the 1980s before moving into sales, marketing and business development. Roger holds a degree in chemical physics from the University of Sheffield. Roger chairs the nomination committee.

Graham Higgins
Non-Executive Director
(Born in 1951)

Graham was previously Personnel Manager Overseas, and Manager Learning & development at Cathay Pacific Airways Limited where he advised on talent management worldwide. He is now Managing Director of TalentFire Ltd, an executive coaching & development company based in the UK and delivering worldwide. Graham holds a Full Technical Certificate in Telecommunications (5th Year City and Guilds). Graham chairs the remuneration and AIM Rules compliance committees.

Anna Thompson
Non-Executive Director
(Born in 1968)

Anna is currently Chief Operating Officer of Air Hong Kong, a regional all-cargo carrier which Cathay Pacific entered into a business partnership with DHL Express to develop the express freight network in Asia. Anna joined AHK in September 2011 having previously worked with Cathay Pacific Airways for over 21 years, with her most recent positions including General Manager, South East Asia (based in Singapore), and General Manager Airports (based in Hong Kong). Anna holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics in Trinity College, Oxford. Anna chairs the audit committee.
