Talent Suite 13.2 offers NetDimensions users even more talent management features

NetDimensions Talent Suite is renowned for offering sophisticated talent management solutions for highly-regulated industries, and the new version of the software platform will give customers even more features when it launches in November 2017.

The next step in the continuous development of the software will incorporate Amazon Web Services, the market leader for security, reliability and delivering top-quality learning content, as part of Talent Suite 13.2.

A key benefit that Talent Suite 13.2 offers is xAPI analytics, allowing professional leadership teams to see how managing talent at every level in an organization can help to drive success.

That capability has now been extended to include better integrating and reporting possibilities. Talent Suite will also become compatible with popular authoring tools such as Storyline and Captivate, echoing its recent successful integration with the award-winning authoring tool from our partners at gomo, which gives customers the option to publish beautiful elearning courses directly to their existing LMS.

Upgraded analytics and integration

Managers will now be able to enjoy a broader picture of how users interact with the Talent Suite software, as well as seamless integration of reporting tools from our parent company, Watershed LRS, who are pioneers when it comes to analytics.

NetDimensions customers can look forward to enhanced disaster recovery and backup and streamlined automated processes and monitoring, as well as infrastructure improvements to the SaaS platform, in which learning programs are hosted and stored centrally, saving organizations time, effort and money.

There are several new classroom features to look forward to in the upcoming version of Talent Suite:

Mobile learning made even easier

NetDimensions Talent Slate, NetDimensions’ mobile learning app, is perfect for providing learning on the go and driving social learning.

It’s a great example of how mobile learning is playing a major role in changing learning in the workplace, and the new version will offer better offline and online integration, online catalogue browsing from within Slate and the capability to launch the course online without a download.

These developments demonstrate NetDimensions’ commitment to consistently raising the bar in helping organizations advance their learning and performance management, as well as helping highly-regulated industries achieve a wide range of productivity and efficiency improvements.
