NetDimensions to Showcase 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Support with NetDimensions Talent Suite at SPBT 2012

Rocky Hill, CT; May 31, 2012 - NetDimensions (London Stock Exchange AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, will showcase 21 CFR Part 11 compliance support with NetDimensions Talent Suite next week at at the SPBT 2012 Annual Conference.

Now on its 41st year, SPBT 2012 is the only conference tailored to trainers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device and diagnostic industries.

One of the more important regulations common among these industries is Title 21 CFR Part 11 that applies to companies in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, medical device manufacturing, and other FDA-regulated sectors.

Title 21 CRF Part 11 enacts FDA's requirements that such organizations be able to recognize electronic records and electronic signatures as trustworthy, reliable, and legal equivalents to paper records and handwritten signatures. This allows companies to go to a "paperless" system of record keeping.

In practice, 21 CFR Part 11 requires enterprises to implement controls, including system validations, audit trails, electronic signatures, and documentation for software and systems that are involved in processing many forms of data as part of their business practices and product development.

"NetDimensions is one of the few vendors in the industry supporting 21 CFR Part 11 within a Learning Management System. NetDimensions Learning provides such compliance support along three main functionality areas: electronic signatures, auditing, and reporting," explained Alex Poulos, NetDimensions' Chief Marketing Officer.

NetDimensions Learning is part of the NetDimensions Talent Suite, an organically developed Talent Management System that focuses on Learning & Performance at its core, with best-in-class mobile, social, compliance, and extended enterprise capabilities. The NetDimensions Talent Suite can be deployed either as Secure SaaS or on premise.

Mark Sanmarco, Senior Vice President at NetDimensions said, "We would like to invite all SPBT 2012 attendees to visit our booth (#812) to see the NetDimensions Talent Suite and discuss how our solution can help them achieve 21 CFR part 11 compliance."
