About the Webinar

Learning industry pundits have been predicting the convergence of learning and talent management for several years now. While some organizations are making the leap, many are still in a wait-and-see mode, wondering if they really should try to extend their learning management capabilities to encompass the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement or if learning management systems already have sufficient capability to cover the most important aspects of performance management, without adding new technology.

In this webinar, Bryan Chapman, Chief Learning Strategist at Chapman Alliance, and Brandon Hall Research Associate will provide guidance on:

  • How to leverage existing LMS functionality
to meet the needs of your HR group.

  • Tips on determining how much talent management
    functionality you really need.
