The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new sales for NetDimensions SaaS and on premise software, and professional services within an assigned territory. This role reports to the Global Sales Director and is based in the UK. Travel throughout the region is expected with International travel as required.

Profile

NetDimensions has a strategic focus on delivering Learning and Performance solutions. We focus on compliance and other high consequence industries but all organizations can benefit from our products. Successful candidates will have had exposure to and demonstrable success selling HCM solutions into one of the following: Transportation, Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare. We sell predominantly to senior level executives in FTSE 250 companies and the successful candidate will be comfortable and confident selling at this level.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and track sales pipeline through lead generation, industry events and meetings.
  • Cultivate relationships with all new and assigned accounts to expand product penetration.
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on revenue goals for entire product suite using company assessment methodology.
  • Build, file and update, territory, account plans and strategies for each target account.
  • Responsible for identifying appropriate contacts, building relationships with those contacts and developing opportunities. Maintaining updates in SFDC.
  • Drive sales activities in the territory and do so consistently with the company sales process.
  • Meet sales revenue objectives for the assigned territory on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Coordinate activities with assigned Solutions Consultant ensuring optimum opportunity qualification and subject matter expertise (though expected to be able to handle preliminary demonstrations and product walkthroughs)
  • Ensure every client interaction is ethical and build profitable long-term relationships.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership team to improve performance in territory and market.
  • Communicate effectively with excellent client presentation and writing skills.

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Current understanding and experience in Talent Management, LMS or HCM.
  • Proven track record of sustainable income against aggressive targets

Working as part of our creative Bid Team, you will be responsible for preparing and editing our high quality proposals, preparing presentations and maintaining our ‘bank’ materials. 

You will take a proactive approach to working with the Bid Manager, Sales Team and the rest of the Bid Team in co-ordinating bids. The postholder will need excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail. 

The role involves working across the LTG companies and part of this will include compiling technical responses. Therefore, a level of technical understanding or familiarity with learning technologies would be an advantage. 

Responsibilities:

  • Completing PQQs, ITTs and RfPs on behalf of the sales team
  • Formatting, proofreading and assembling bid documentation
  • Attending bid planning meetings
  • Collating and producing written content for proposals
  • Adapting boilerplate text to develop proposals for clients
  • Writing compelling case studies for inclusion in proposals
  • Working with the sales team to help develop client presentations
  • Co-ordinating the proposal creation process and ensuring deadlines are met

The Implementation Consultant is a key role within NetDimensions Services that combines the expertise of Business & System Analysis with Functional Consultancy. Implementation Consultants are Product Experts and deliver successful implementations by configuring the system to achieve client requirements in agreed timescales. S/he will map client business processes to system configuration, identify workarounds/customisations and advise the client on best-practice relating to learning and talent management systems.

The Implementation Consultant will drive delivery of the implementation process, in line with the overall project plan, from requirements through to client acceptance. This is a fast paced role with many changing priorities and the role holder will need effective skills to enable delivery against agreed deadlines, often within the context of a larger client engagement. S/he will collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants and Developers to achieve desirable client outcomes.

Applicants should be self-starters with the ability and desire to self-manage and take full ownership of assigned engagements. The role would suit both experienced services professionals and client-side LMS experts desiring a move to a vendor role.

 

Responsibilities:

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the delivery the implementation process, for multiple engagements, from requirements definition through to client acceptance.  The main activities are:

System Implementation

  • Configure NetDimensions software to meet client requirements, using expert product knowledge to maximise client benefits.
  • Collaboration with project/programme manager(s) to align the implementation process with any wider engagement plan(s).
  • Act as client SME for trouble-shooting and queries during implementation and post-engagement consultancy periods.
  • Manage the client through system testing and feedback cycles.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in learning or talent software.

  • Proven track record of self-directed ownership of work through to successful conclusion.

In this role, you’ll report to the DevOps Manager and will work across the company's entire DevOps Toolchain to aid in cloud-based delivery, development, build, deployment and management of applications; the foundation of our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will assist in formulating the DevOps Toolchain strategy related to the software development lifecycle, developing monitoring and reporting standards and managing – all while keeping a laser-like focus on costs and security.


You will be responsible for availability, scalability, and risk mitigation of all systems that are required for the software development process, while working closely with the Software Engineering, QA, Hosting, IT, and Client Support services teams across the globe. You will give technical input during infrastructure redesigns and aid the company in adopting new technologies and methodologies. 

This position is responsible for maintaining security controls and conducting static vulnerability assessments against our web applications and server infrastructure that form our DevOps ecosystem.

We are currently looking for UX Consultants to be based in our offices in Raleigh North Carolina.

The UX Consultant has a passion for all things design, demonstrating this passion through your work and when communicating with business stakeholders, clients and development teams.

This role will report to the Lead UX Consultant.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with product managers and the design team to deliver the best possible product for all clients
  • Rapidly produce designs in collaboration with product management based on user driven needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams and interaction designs, and where applicable translate these into user interface prototyping
  • Support senior UX consultants with user research and help translate findings into personas, informative data and insights, to address customer pain points to remove friction from existing experiences
  • Support development by communicating designs and evaluating their technical feedback
  • Recognise and develop design patterns to provide a common visual language for users and internal teams
  • Work with system analysts to provide clear specifications for development and QA teams
  • Keep abreast of innovative design and technology in the marketplace and share learnings with team

 

Essential:

  • Degree educated, preferably in Interaction Design or similar
  • Proven experience in UX design as outlined above
  • Comprehensive understanding of UX Design principles
  • Expertise in Axure
  • Good experience in Information Design, with a portfolio that includes User Journey Maps, Wireframes, and Prototypes
  • High levels of independence, being able to work without close supervision, managing your own time and work
  • Accurate and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Initiative, having the confidence to make decisions and act on them
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of work in a demanding, fast-paced environment with ambitious schedules in an Agile environment

  • Experience troubleshooting networking, SMTP, DNS, OpenSSL and client/server technology

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for NetDimensions hosted services, software and professional services sales within a geography and/or targeted industry. This role reports to the SVP Global Sales and is based in Germany, Travel throughout the region is expected with International travel as required.

  • Develop, manage and track sales pipeline through lead generation, industry events and meetings.
  • Cultivate relationships with all new and assigned accounts to expand product penetration.
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on revenue goals for entire product suite using company assessment methodology.
  • Build, file and update, territory, account plans and strategies for each target account.

The requirements for this role are:

  • Must be trained in SalesForce or equivalent CRM

We are currently looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Germany.

 

The Technical Implementation Consultant is a key role within NetDimensions Services that combines the expertise of Business and System Analysis with Functional Consultancy. Technical Implementation Consultants are Product Experts and deliver successful implementations by configuring the system to achieve client requirements in agreed timescales. You will map client business processes to system configuration, identify workarounds/customisations and advise the client on best-practice relating to learning and talent management systems.

This is a fast paced role with many changing priorities and the role holder will need effective skills to enable delivery against agreed deadlines, often within the context of a larger client engagement.

 

Duties:

The main duties will include:

  • The delivery of the implementation process, for multiple engagements, from requirements definition through to client acceptance

System Implementation

  • Configure NetDimensions software to meet client requirements, using expert product knowledge to maximise client benefits
  • Collaborating with Project Managers, Technical Consultants and Developers to align any wider engagement plans and achieve desirable client outcomes.
  • Act as client SME for trouble-shooting and queries during implementation and post-engagement consultancy periods
  • Manage the client through system testing and feedback cycles
  • Facilitate technical discussions with clients on topics such as installation/upgrades, customisations, integrations and APIs. Liaise with more technical colleagues where required
  • Provide ad-hoc functional and technical consultancy that requires deep product knowledge

Business Analysis

  • Scope client requirements for a range of engagements of varying size including pre-sales, implementation and technical projects
  • Conduct system analysis, process mapping and gap analysis
  • Produce high quality documentation for all stages of the process

General

  • Deliver product training to client administrators and internally
  • Work with the client and internal teams both face-to- face and remotely
  • Actively participate in documenting and improving team processes and materials
  • Travel up to 40% to clients within the DACH and greater European region

 Requirements:

The skills you will need for this role are:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in learning or talent software
  • Previous involvement in system implementations or configuring out-of- the-box enterprise software systems
  • Strong software functional background – a proven ability to map business processes or requirements to existing system functionality and/or identify workarounds
  • Proven track record of self-directed ownership of work through to successful conclusion.
  • Experience in delivering project based professional services and consultancy
  • Technical experience with databases, server environments, SaaS, web-based systems, APIs, SSO and system integrations
  • Able to discuss technical concepts such as databases, server environments, SaaS, web-based systems, APIs, SSO and system integrations. An in-depth knowledge is not required for this role, but applicants should be comfortable discussing these topics at a high level
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly the ability to present complex material to a non-technical audience. Confident engaging with senior management
  • Experience facilitating large workshops and mediating to achieve group consensus
  • Ability to produce professional high quality documents with excellent attention to detail
  • A desire to learn. A proactive, hands-on approach to work
  • Comfortable working remotely with both clients and colleagues
  • Fluent in German & English

Ideally you will also have:

  • Experience working for in a vendor environment, particularly in a Learning/Talent software context
  • Experience in working in any established project methodology, especially PRINCE2
