Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

This role is part of a global team, so you will interact with teammates in various parts of North America, Asia, and Europe, along with a group of engineers in Hong Kong.
This job is not about meeting SLAs; it’s about earning the deep respect of our customers, in easy times and hard ones.
This position reports to the Director of Client Experience, based in Nashville, TN, USA. You will typically work normal business hours, but there may be a need for slight scheduling changes from time to time to meet changing needs. We value work-life balance, so aim for reasonable hours, but you may need to put in some extra time on occasion to meet the needs of our clients if we receive an unexpected volume of support requests.
If you can learn quickly in novel circumstances, solve unique technical issues through a systematic analysis of presented challenges, find and sustain motivation from within yourself to pursue excellence relentlessly every day, and keep a cool head when things get tough, this could be the role for you.

NetDimensions is looking for a Data Engineer/Technical Support who will be responsible for the analysis, design and maintenance of all data and database related services involving data migration and manipulations for NetDimensions Talent Suite. Successful candidate will report to the Infrastructure Team Manager and work closely with our Hosting Support, Customer Services, Quality Assurance, Professional Services and Engineering Team.
The selected individual must have a track record of hands-on design and maintenance of complicated SQL scripts and capable of working independently on trouble-shooting. It would be beneficial to have management experience of MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL databases as well.
