Quick-Start Plan
The Quick-Start Plan provides simple, flexible and continuous consultation to clients over 15 one-on-one sessions, during which your appointed NetDimensions consultant will:
- Provide you with the technical know-how you’ll need to get started
- Discuss in depth the many functions in NetDimensions Learning
- Demonstrate best practices and show you how other clients use NetDimensions Learning
- Escalate and manage any requests you may have to engineering or technical staff as required.
This package is suitable for clients who are experienced learning management system users and would like to roll out NetDimensions Learning on their own, yet have the flexibility to call on a dedicated NetDimensions consultant regarding NetDimensions Learning functionality and best-use cases throughout the implementation period.
Light-Touch Plan
The Light-Touch Plan gives you a thorough yet economical way to plan, install and deploy NetDimensions Learning. Your specific implementation schedule, training and acceptance details are supplied as part one of the plan deliverables.
As a Light-Touch Plan client you will also have access to a dedicated NetDimensions consultant for six consecutive weeks after you put your system into production.
This package features six implementation stages, each with clearly defined deliverables. It is more structured and formalized than the Quick-Start Plan and is designed to help those who are installing their first learning management system or who may have more complex deployment requirements.
High-Touch Plan
The High-Touch Plan offers a comprehensive and effective way to plan, set-up and deploy your learning solution. In addition to providing you with a clear “go-live” project plan with agreed and defined deliverables, your NetDimensions consultants will provide on-site installation and administrator training to you and your team.
Later-stage deliverables such as configuration and test-run preparation can be delivered remotely or on-site. NetDimensions will work together with you to determine how to deliver what you need in ways that best meet your deployment requirements.
After NetDimensions Learning goes into production, you will have 12 consecutive weeks of regular, online consultations in order to cover any questions or topics you may have regarding your NetDimensions Learning roll-out.
Note: Under the High-Touch Plan, clients cover the costs of consultant travel and accommodation (at reasonable rates) for services delivered on-site.
Tailor-Made Packages
NetDimensions understands that different clients have different needs and that our standard implementation service packages may not completely satisfy the needs of every client.
If you have special requirements, for instance, requirements for multiple, complex integrations with other enterprise systems, we can tailor an implementation service package uniquely suited to your needs.
