Charles Jennings

Charles Jennings is the Managing Director of Duntroon Associates a leading learning and performance consultancy company focused on helping organisations build their ability to deliver maximum business benefit from their workforce.

Charles is also a member of The Internet Time Alliance, a think-tank of leading practitioners helping organisations 'work smarter' through informal and social learning.

From 2002 until the end of 2008 he was the Chief Learning Officer for Reuters and Thomson Reuters where he had responsibility for developing learning and performance strategy and leading the learning organisation for the firm's 55,000 workforce. He is a leading thinker and practitioner in learning and development, change management, and performance improvement.

His career includes roles as head of the UK national centre for networked learning, as a professor at Southampton Business School, in senior business roles for global companies, and as an evaluator for the European Commission's learning, performance and eCommerce research initiatives. He also sits on steering groups and advisory boards for national and international training and learning bodies.

Craig Weiss

Craig Weiss has been an expert and thought leader in the e-learning industry for more than 12 years. He has provided consulting services in all aspects of e-learning, including social learning and mobile learning. He also develops and implements social media campaigns for vendors in the e-learning space.

Craig has been identified as one of the new voices in e-learning and social learning, and is a key adviser to many e-learning companies.

As a former analyst with Brandon Hall, Craig provided unbiased insight into the e-learning industry, including comprehensive research on Learning Management Systems and emerging technologies and trends. His experience leading education and training teams in corporate settings has provided Craig with a valuable perspective on e-learning that spans a wide range of industries with real-world challenges.

Today, Craig manages the E-Learning 24/7 blog and provides exclusive and weekly insights into the e-learning industry through the blog and articles. Starting this fall, Craig will be a contributing writer in "Learning Circuits" magazine, published by the America Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Craig is also an active speaker at various e-learning events and is working on a book about the future of e-learning.

David Wilson

A major commentator on the e-learning industry since its inception, David is the author of many leading strategy papers on e-learning, and is a frequent contributor of articles and magazine columns as well as speaking at major learning conferences in the UK and Europe.

David is a strategic advisor to many major corporate and e-learning organisations, and has contributed futures research on learning and workforce development for the CIPD and Cabinet Office.

Richard Nantel

Richard Nantel has managed, designed and developed information technology and research projects for more than 20 years. His experience spans strategy, operations, management, marketing, Web- and client/server-based application development, social media, programming/authoring, graphic interface design, and development of procedural and quality assurance methodologies. Richard has had the pleasure of working on many large projects for important clients including the Canadian Department of National Defence, SUN Microsystems, Cirque du Soleil and Pfizer, among others.

Since October 2000, Richard has worked extensively for Brandon Hall Research, first as an analyst, then to his current position as Chief Executive Officer.

In January 2009, he was named to the Advisory Board of the McGill University Centre for Continuing Education (CCE). For the next two years, Richard will be helping grow the centre.

In February 2008, Richard was named a Technobabble 2.0 Top 100 Technology Analyst for his blog, Analyzing Learning.

Jay Shaw

Jay managed TPR operations in the US & Asia, in which capacity he held executive responsibility for organizing and delivering both academic and corporate training programs on a commercial basis.

Jay has had more than 25 years of experience addressing professional audiences through his work with The Princeton Review and NetDimensions, including a keynote address at West Point for university deans on continuing education issues. He has presented to numerous learning technology events around the world including a keynote address at the 2001 Paris Learning show and several industry events in the United States. Jay also keynotes NetDimensions' annual partner and user conferences, and is regularly invited by the company's partners worldwide to speak at their client events.
