Adrian Jones joining Fosway in 2007 as Principal Analyst, and is now the Corporate Services Director. He has responsibility for leading Fosway advisory services on all aspects of learning and talent technology.
During the last ten years Adrian, has worked with a series of large corporate organisations across a wide variety of sectors from telecommunications through to financial services and engineering. Clients include organisations such as A S Watson, Alstom, British Telecom, BP, Jaguar Land Rover, Novartis, Shell, Telefonica, Toyota Motor Europe, TUI and Vodafone. All these projects involved dealing with senior multiple stakeholders, often on a global basis.
The scope of the projects covers a wide area of learning and talent subjects, ranging from the selection of new solutions and providers, through to development of learning strategies, and outsoucing learning services.
As well as leading Fosway’s advisory services he also contributes to research activities and was the author of a white paper on the use of Moodle in corporate organisations and mobile learning. A frequent speaker at major conferences, Adrian has also contributed his thought leadership and practical experiences of the realities of corporate learning to many industry forums and magazines.
Adrian has been involved in the learning technology field for the last 20 years and was one of the pioneers of using learning technology in a large-scale retailer. His successes were recognised by a Personnel Today Award for Employee Development, two European Retail Awards for the Best Use of Technology for Employee Development and a National Training Award.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Development and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development CIPD.
