Compliance
A recent article found on the Personnel Today website, stated that one of the most effective means of delivering cost-effective compliance training is through e-learning and outlined two important underlying factors driving compliance training: you have to do it and you have to show that you’ve done it.

If you have to do it, here are three things you'll need for a successful online compliance initiative: appropriate courseware on industry-wide legal and compliance issues, custom content for your company and a framework for managing your compliance program online. We can provide the framework you need and point you in the right direction to source the courseware and content. Then you'll be able to show you’ve done it.

Sincerely,

The NetDimensions Team

Q: What is compliance training?

A: Compliance training refers to the process of educating employees on the laws, regulations and company policies that apply to their day-to-day job responsibilities. Organizations offer their employees compliance training on a wide range of topics, including health and safety practices, workplace discrimination and harassment, dealings with competitors, insider trading, protecting trade secrets and anti-money laundering. Typically, most or all of these compliance topics are addressed in an organization's Code of Conduct.

These systems, among other things, allow learners to register for courses and let's students check their grades, chat with other students and participate in special group areas.
