“NetDimensions Learning helps us create consistency and common understanding across the business units, reduce the time spent away from the workplace and introduce blended learning that is stimulating and interactive.”
NetDimensions enables Metropolitan to use eLearning to complement their workshop-based training for a true blended learning approach.
Read this case study to learn how NetDimensions Learning complemented Metropolitan Housing Partnership’s (MHP) workshop-based training for a true blended learning approach.
MHP s a unique network of locally focused member organizations working together to provide housing and community support services. MHP’s staff are based in different cities in the UK. Most of them don’t work regular hours or may not use a computer regularly. Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) within MHP played an important role to assist the entire partnership in meeting their goals and improving performance. To better support L&OD objectives, MHP decided all L&D resources had to be transferred into a separate system that could host and report on a vast range of eLearning modules. This system needed to easily interface with existing systems and with the partnership’s intranet that contained MHP's policies, procedures and information in order to support this transition.
