This job will be a challenging one. We’re shifting a support operation primarily located in Hong Kong and Manilla into the US and UK. There will be challenges:

  • NetDimensions Talent Suite (NTS) is a deeply complex, enterprise piece of software with high consequence customers.
  • It takes a long time to become expert in this product, for clients and service representatives alike.
  • LTG has very high expectations about how we serve customers, and we tell our clients as much. This job is not about meeting SLAs. It’s about earning the deep respect of our customers, in easy times and hard ones.

  • Familiarity with modern client service tools, including Zendesk and potentially Jira.

Main function of Job

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the Account Executives.

Main Duties

  • Research and qualify potential companies and prospects from multiple sources, including social media, dormant accounts, competitor client information, news and top company lists

Responsibilities

  • SME for Jaspersoft within the technology team.
  • Design, develop, and support reports and dashboards using Jaspersoft reporting platform and related tools
  • Work with internal and external customers to understand business requirements and specific analytics and reporting needs

Skills and knowledge

Main Duties:

  • Expertise in managing on-site and off-site teams across different time zones, particularly technical architects, developers and testers
  • Firm understanding of project and resource planning, sprint planning and task prioritisation

  • Demonstrable experience in risk and issue management during the entire lifecycle of the project

Team Management

This is a position for someone who's obsessive about ensuring the quality of web APIs via automated testing.

Main Duties

We're looking for a QA engineer to develop automated tests for a web API for learning and talent management, used by numerous third-party applications including mobile apps, learning portals, authoring tools and analytics tools, across hundreds of large organisational clients in industries including finance, healthcare, life sciences and aviation.

We use Java a lot so familiarity with the language and platform would be beneficial, but if you can demonstrate the ability to develop automated tests in some other language that's okay too. Our standard deployment environment is Apache Tomcat. You'll need to grok the HTTP protocol, as well as standard data interchange formats such as JSON and XML.

You'll be working in an agile development environment with a strong focus on continuous integration, so familiarity with tools such as Jenkins would be beneficial.

You should be comfortable working with version control systems such as Apache Subversion or Git. You'll be expected to create tests to verify both functional and performance requirements.
