Grant of Options
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to today announce the issue of share options to Clarence Wu CFO, Ray Ruff Chief Information Officer both of whom are Directors of the Company, and to Larry Preiser Chief Sales Officer.
The options are split into three tranches. The first tranche vests after 2 years, the second after three years, and the third after 4 years. The options are all exercisable at a price of 18 pence each, and will convert into ordinary shares with a nominal value of US$ 0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") on exercise.
