Pre-Close Trading Update
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, provides the following update on trading for the six month period to 30 June 2009.
The Company has performed well through the first half of the year in a difficult trading environment, and trading continues to be in line with market expectations.
NetDimensions has continued to maintain a strong cash position, with cash balances on 30 June 2009 of approximately US$6.8 million, held in a mix of US Dollars, Sterling and Euros (31 December 2008: US$5.3 million). At 30 June 2009 currency rates this equates to 16.5p in cash per share (31 December 2008:14.7p in cash per share).
The Board is confident that the Company's financial strength, market-leading technology and diversified client base provide an excellent foundation for continued growth.
NetDimensions will announce half year results on 15 September 2009.
