Bank of East Asia China Chooses NetDimensions to Implement a Complete Online Learning and Performance Management Solution

Hong Kong and Shanghai, China; February 7, 2013 - NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge, and learning management systems, announced today that Bank of East Asia (BEA) China, after a few months of evaluations, has chosen NetDimensions Talent Suite for its learning and performance management solution.

The business of BEA China has been growing rapidly ever since it opened the first local branch in Shanghai in 1920. The growth continues especially after BEA China became one of the first foreign banks to obtain approval to establish a locally incorporated subsidiary bank in 2007. Today, BEA China owns over 110 outlets including 25 branches and 88 sub-branches in 33 cities nationwide and employs more than 5,000 staff members.

Currently BEA China and NetDimensions are working together on the integration of NetDimensions Talent Suite with BEA’s existing HR system, Platinum HRM. In the future, the two systems are expected to work in parallel and unify learning, performance, talent, and HR management.
