Dale was appointed Commercial Director of LEO in 2010 and then MD in 2015, before transferring to the MD role of NetDimensions in January 2018. Prior to this, he spent 12 years as a learning consultant working with global organisations to help them achieve measurable return on investment. Under his leadership, LEO enjoyed continued year-on-year improvement in operating profit margin and a sharp rise in customer satisfaction. Dale was instrumental in the successful opening of the company’s first international offices in Rio de Janeiro and New York in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
In addition to his role as MD of NetDimensions, Dale is the COO of LTG plc, NetDimensions’ parent company.

Prior to NetDimensions, Sacha joined LTG through its sister company LEO at the beginning of 2017, bringing 17 years of experience in leading digital transformations to the Group. Under her leadership, LEO has delivered one of its largest open-source development projects, which has thus far received exemplary feedback from clients. She joined from INTO University Partnerships, where she led the development of a new innovative learning platform utilising state-of-the-art programming technologies and QA automation. Prior to INTO, Sacha led and delivered some of the largest digital transformation projects in the history of the UK government, utilising a cutting-edge Java web development framework.
